Software and automation for manufacturers running on spreadsheets

Manufacturing operations generate documents faster than anyone can type them: supplier invoices, delivery challans, quality reports, purchase orders. We automate the reading, connect the systems that hold the numbers, and give management a dashboard instead of a Monday-morning spreadsheet.

Problems we see most often

  • Supplier invoices in mixed formats entered by hand into accounting
  • Purchase orders, deliveries and invoices that never quite reconcile
  • Inventory counts in one system, production in another, sales in a third
  • Weekly reports assembled manually from exports
  • B2B buyers asking technical questions that only one engineer can answer
what we build

Software and AI for manufacturing.

Document and invoice automation

Invoices, challans and forms read into structured records, matched to purchase orders, with exceptions queued for review.

Operations dashboards and integrations

Tally, Zoho Books, SAP Business One or a custom ERP connected to production and inventory data with reconciliation reports.

B2B websites and domain assistants

Product catalogues with datasheets, and an assistant that answers procurement questions from your own specifications.

questions

Manufacturing: what people ask.

Can you integrate with Tally?

Yes. Tally, Zoho Books and most Indian accounting systems can be connected through their APIs or structured imports; we confirm the exact path during discovery.

Does this replace our ERP?

Usually not. We connect to it, automate what feeds it, and build the dashboards and workflows around it. Replacing an ERP is a separate conversation we will be honest about.
