Brief & discovery
We read whatever exists — notes, a competitor you like, an old site, a spreadsheet — and turn it into a written scope with user stories and edge cases. You approve it before anything else starts.
typical: 2–3 daysWeeks become days.
Days become hours.
RayzentLabs builds AI agents, WhatsApp and CRM automation, web platforms and Android apps for SMEs in Gujarat and startups worldwide. AI drafts the repetitive parts of every stage; people make the decisions and review everything that ships.
RayzentLabs is an AI automation and custom software company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, founded by Jaineel. It builds AI agents, WhatsApp and CRM automation, websites and mobile apps for small businesses in Gujarat and startups worldwide, and has shipped products including EventVexa, RayFuel and Ray First Secure. About the studio and its founder.
Fixed-scope projects, or a monthly retainer when the product keeps moving. Every service links to its own page.
WhatsApp automation, website chatbots, lead management and document automation — the four jobs businesses most often hand to AI.
For most businesses in Gujarat, WhatsApp is where customers actually reply. We connect the official WhatsApp Business API to your CRM, booking, billing or order system so the routine messages go out on their own, every inbound lead gets an answer in seconds, and your team only steps in when a conversation needs a person.
Planning estimates for common project tasks: typical effort without AI next to what we plan for with AI drafting the repetitive parts. Review, testing and accessibility are never skipped.
The speed comes from compressing the stages, not removing them.

typical: 2–3 daysSeveral visual directions explored quickly, one taken to high fidelity and built into a token-based design system. You get a clickable prototype, not a static image.
typical: 3–5 daysData model, integrations, hosting, auth, and where AI sits in the flow. Decided and written down before code, because this is the part that is expensive to change later.
typical: 1–2 daysFrontend, backend and AI features developed against a preview link you can open every day. Weekly demo, decisions logged, scope changes priced as they come.
typical: 1–4 weeksAutomated tests, accessibility pass, performance budget, and evaluation runs for every AI feature against a real example set. Fixes before launch, not after.
typical: 2–4 daysDeploy, monitoring, analytics, a written runbook and a recorded walkthrough. Then 30 days of support included while your team settles in.
typical: 1–2 daysProducts we have designed and built. Each record opens to the full page: what it does, key features, modules, screenshots and live links.
Domain knowledge shortens discovery — we already know the questions to ask. Each industry has its own page.
The saving is in drafting, not deciding. Scaffolding, boilerplate, first-draft copy, test cases and migration scripts are generated in minutes instead of days, then reviewed, edited and tested exactly as they always were. Discovery, design judgement, architecture and QA still take human time, so the saving is real but limited to the repetitive parts of the work.
No. AI generates a large share of the first draft; a developer reviews, refactors and tests every line that reaches your repository. Where a model gets something subtly wrong, that is caught in review and by the test suite — same as any other pull request.
You do, from day one. The repository, the design files, the infrastructure accounts and the prompt library are all in your name. There is no licence to renew and nothing that stops another developer picking it up.
We use business-tier API access where inputs are not used to train models, we send the minimum data required, and we strip or mask identifiers before anything leaves your systems. For sensitive work we will discuss on-premise or region-locked options before the build starts.
A 30-minute demo on your own use case: what we would build, how long it would take with AI in the loop, and what it would cost. No deck, no obligation.
