Logistics software built around the dispatch desk and the driver

A transport business runs on phone calls, lorry receipts and a dispatcher who keeps the whole schedule in their head. We turn that into software the desk and the drivers will actually use: a dispatch board, a simple driver app that works offline, live tracking customers can see, and automation that reads the paperwork — LRs, PODs, e-way bills — into the system instead of a filing cabinet.

Problems we see most often

  • Trip status known only to the dispatcher and the driver on the phone
  • Customers calling for ETAs and proof of delivery
  • Consignment notes, PODs and invoices entered twice
  • Vehicle documents, permits and maintenance dates tracked by memory
  • Freight billing reconciled at month end from paper
what we build

Software and AI for logistics & transport.

Dispatch and tracking

A dispatch board for the desk, live vehicle tracking, and a customer tracking link so the phone stops ringing for ETAs.

Driver app

Trips, navigation, photos and signed proof of delivery from one offline-first app on the driver's own phone.

Document automation

Consignment notes, PODs and e-way bills read into structured records, matched to trips and pushed to billing and the ERP.

questions

Logistics & transport: what people ask.

Does the driver app work without a network?

Yes. It is built offline-first: trips, photos and signatures are stored on the device and sync when the connection returns.

Can you integrate with GPS units already installed in our vehicles?

Usually. Most telematics providers expose an API; we pull positions from it rather than requiring new hardware.
