RayFuel: Fuel & Vehicle Expense Tracker App
Log every refuel, charge, service and bill for every vehicle you run. RayFuel works out mileage, cost per km and monthly spend, and answers questions about your own records.
What it does
RayFuel is a fuel and vehicle-expense tracker for individuals and small fleets. Every vehicle is added once to the garage; every refuel, EV charging session, service or repair request and bill is then logged against it in a few taps, with receipts photographed and read by AI OCR.
The home dashboard shows this month's spend, cost per kilometre, a vehicle-health indicator and the next service due, with a timeline of recent events. Documents such as RC, insurance and PUC are stored with expiry reminders delivered as push notifications. An 'Ask RayFuel' assistant answers questions by voice or text, citing the records it used.
The Control Room handles accounts, members, users, approvals and password resets for teams, plus subscription management, fuel prices and appearance settings. The same product ships as an Android app on Google Play.
