An AI-first events platform: customers discover and book events with QR tickets, organizers create and sell with an AI copilot, and an admin console runs the marketplace.
What it does
EventVexa is a three-sided events platform. The public site lets people search events in their city by asking AI in plain language or by filtering on date and genre, then book in seconds and receive a secure QR ticket. The same catalogue is available in an Android app with mobile-OTP or Google sign-in, an AI concierge chat and a ticket wallet.
Organizers get their own console: multi-date, multi-city event creation with ticket categories, per-user and per-transaction caps, waitlists and access checkpoints for gate check-in; coupons, guests and RSVP; a services wallet and settlements; and an AI Copilot that answers questions about sales and pricing from the organizer's real event data. Publishing goes through KYC onboarding and admin approval.
A separate admin console tracks GMV, platform commission, bookings and published events, and manages organizers, users, pricing, genres and coupons, business rules, CMS and legal pages, finance, email logs and live chat support.
