What it does
HR Compass is built for an HR consultancy that serves several client companies at once. A global dashboard shows candidates, pipeline, tasks due and overdue, calls, interviews and onboardings across all clients, with upcoming follow-ups and a pipeline-distribution chart from sourced to hired.
Each client gets a workspace with job requirements (priority, location, experience, CTC, skills), approval via email, applicants with AI-ranked fit scores, and modules for recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, training, offboarding and payroll. Admins manage users, transfer requests, settings and templates.
