What it does
Ray First Security Solution runs guards across residential societies and commercial sites. The admin portal registers every site with its guard requirement, billing amount, GST status and location, and every guard with sub-company registration, PF/ESI, uniform and ID-card tracking and police-verification status.
Attendance is marked by face recognition with GPS geofence tagging and a manual fallback with photo capture. Invoices are raised per project with quotation, billed, received and outstanding amounts and proof of payment. Advances, expenses, tiffin, leave, postings and transfers, site-change requests and salary calculation feed a financial statement and inter-company settlement, all with an audit trail.
